The Declaration of Repentance was written by Kim Chadwell while on a fast in March of 2019. The Declaration of Repentance was printed on a scroll, and taken to each state in the United States, stopping at each state line to repent and then was read aloud by Kim in front of the United States Capitol.

 

The Declaration of Repentance was taken to Israel by a friend and was translated there into Hebrew, and has now been translated to Spanish and French!
